How to Use

 For one serving, mix one level scoop (35g) with 250-300ml of water and mix well.

When mixing Promax you could use milk, but please bear in mind that this will slow protein digestion, not to mention the added calories. You can make it as a shake, add it to food or cook with it.

WHEN TO USE: Promax is best consumed 1–2 times a day, in particular after exercise.

Suitable for consumption up to 30 minutes before or after exercise or as part of your healthy balanced diet.
