Loro Crisps are on a mission to share Colombia’s favourite crisps – plantain crisps. 

Plantains are more than just a snack, they are a super-fruit, complex carb and a wonky fruit.

Plantains are rich sources of complex carbohydrates, minerals (A, B and B-6) and minerals (magnesium and potassium) and are easily diegestiable.

We don’t have seasons in Colombia so our plantains and cassavas are grown all year round in the tropical fields of the Urabá region.

Our plantain crisps are completely vegan, gluten free and low in calories, making them the perfect free from snack.

Perfect for people with dietary requirements or someone who is on the look out for a new flavoursome snack to fall in love with!

Loro Crisps was created in Yorkshire when the two founders realised they missed their favourite snack from back home in Colombia - plantain crisps.

The product itself is created in Colombia, therefore we reckon not only are we a healthy snack but a healthy world food snack!

Ingredients

Green Plantain, Non-hydrogenated Palm Olein, Chilli Flavour (Corn Starch, Dispersion Carrier (Dextrose), Salt, Sugar, Chilli Powder (Oleoresin Capsicum)).
